Conditions of Sale
Clearance items -
Items marked as Ex display, seconds or sample are sold “as Is” in current state. Any imperfections will be stated on the item. These items as not permitted for return or exchange. They are a final sale.
Full Price items -
Items sold at full price are available for refund or exchange within 14 days from purchase date. Items must be in original packing and condition.
Items sold at full price found to be faulty are also able to return for refund or exchange. Please notify us by email within a 24 hour period.
Delivery -
Delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you would like a delivery for your items please notify us and we can arrange a courier or to be sent via email if applicable. This will need to be paid prior to your goods being sent out.
All returns will need to be arrange by the purchaser at their cost.
Collection of goods at Moorabbin warehouse will need to be arranged within 5 days of purchase. If goods are not collected items will be returned to stock and the purchaser will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Full payment is required prior to taking any goods.
